I dont normally write reviews on things but I wouldnt want anyone to have the same experience as me and so hence Im writing this.

I recently went to Transform Cosmetic Surgery clinic in Fulham, London about a breast enlargement. I was happy with the surgeon that I met, we talked through everything and after a lot of thinking I decided to go ahead with the surgery. Everyone at the clinic was very helpful and friendly, well that is right up until the moment they had my 4grand.

Once they got the money it was a very different story. I had questions to ask before my surgery but couldnt get in touch with my carer at the clinic, I left several messages, emails etc but got nothing back. I still wanted to go ahead with the surgery, so had to wait until the day and ask the nursing staff at the hospital. The surgery actually went fine on the day, I have no complaints there. I was sent home and told that my nurse from the Fulham clinic would calll me that night to check I was ok, I never got any such call.

A few weeks after the op, I had one boob bigger than the other. I tried to contact my clinic , left messages, sent emails and again no response. This similar pattern of them not getting back to me or addressing my concerns carried on. its now at the stage where I made an official complaint in writting and they still never once bothered to pick up the phone to contact me.

Im currently trying to get an appointment with my surgeon to express my concerns about my difference is sizing, yet even that is proving to be a nightmare. Ive tried making appointments, I keep getting told someone will call me back, they never do. Im now way over my 3 month follow up appointment and can't get to see my surgeon. Im at a total loss at what to do now as I went down the correct route of expressing my concerns, then making a complaint but nothing has made a difference. Im worried about the results of my surgery and worried something could be wrong yet its ludicrous that i cant get to see my surgeon or a call back from the clinic.

DONT USE TRANSFORM would be my message to anyone. And if anyone has advice on how what they suggest I do next, I would apprecaite that.
