I have been a David Coulthard fan for as long as I can remember, and will continue to be for a long time to come. This season I felt he has been let down by the car and its poor reliability, but he is still in with a chance of doing well in the Drivers Championship, but unless a huge miracle happened winning it is out the window. One of the best things about DC is his determination. I know people knock him and think that McLaren should drop him, but no matter what happens he always does his job to the best of his ability, just as a true racing driver should.(something some of the others good do with learning!) His career is as follows ... Read the complete review

David Coulthard was Micheal Schumacher's main challenger for the world championship title in 2001. This has been Coulthards best season yet but even so he ended up with just over half as many points as Schumacher by the end of the season. In 2000 he ended up with more points than in 2001 (73 as opposed to 65) but he only managed to make third position. Insulting to Coulthard it may seem, but I think his second postition was largely due to Mika Hakkinen being off form for most of the season rather than due to an improvement in Coulthards driving. Coulthard is a good, consistant, reliable driver. Every race that he has finished this season he has scored ... Read the complete review

When will he learn to stop making himself sound so stupid? I have just read an article in which David is once again hyping up his championship credentials for next year. Ron Dennis needs to inform David that before he can talk of winning a championship he needs to beat not only Michael Schumacher but also his teammate. I hold no reservations that had Hakkinen’s car been up to scratch in the reliability department he would have pushed Michael and with him obliterated David. I also firmly believe that David needs to be cautious of his new teammate Kimi Raikkonen, for this young protegee has the look of a young Michael Schumacher in his Benetton days. ... When I first joined David's supports club about 4 years ago it cost £12, and you got a magzine, free gift, signed photo, stickers and a few other bits & pieces I can't remember. Over the four years some changes have taken place. As with most fan clubs it's run by volunteers and standards started to slip, content in the magazine got a bit low, the magazines arrived late, information for events was sent out at the last minute. Then David's sister started to help and I had high hopes, although the improvments are only know begining to show. You can know have a standard membership for £12, or advanced for £30 which as well as the freebies above you ... Read the complete review

David Coulthard is arguably the best British driver since Damon Hill retired. Many people will say it is Eddie Irvine as he nearly won the title whilst Michael Schumacher’s team mate. However I disagree. Irvine only got his chance whilst at Ferrari because of an accident which injured Schumacher and put him out for many races. David has been racing in Mika Hakkinen’s shadow for many years at McLaren, possibly because Ron Dennis always favours Hakkinen. Coulthard entered F1 with Williams Renault during the 1994 season. Williams had just lost their lead driver Ayrton Senna in a fatal accident. Coulthard’s first race was the ... Read the complete review
