Newest Review: ... wearing stripes, solid Sky Blue has always been a more popular choice I feel. The sponsors logo (Cassidy Group) on the striped shirt saw it actually part of the shirt fabric. Like it was a continuation from the navy trim, making it durable. This season, frustratingly, it has gone back to print on wordings meaning you have to be extra extra delicate with it and you know throughout time, the sponsor will start to peel off. For £39.99 (£44.99 for long sleeved), you deserve better quality. So I disagree with the previous 'durable' comment. I also find that the shirts snag far too easily. So there's not really much to add to the other views but here's my two bob. In recent seasons CCFC and 'Puma' have come up with 4 designs choices for kits and then they have been published on the website for fans to choose the one they like best. The shirt they have chosen this year sees a return to the more solid colour of Sky Blue having previously wore stripes (as seen in the picture). Although the club first started wearing stripes, solid Sky Blue has always been a more popular choice I feel. Coventry City have had some very attractive kits down the years, I personally feel the Sky Blue is a nice colour and can match with various different colours. Coventry mainly use sky blue and white in their home kit which works very well. The new home kit is a classy looking, plain shirt which is predominantly sky blue. Many teams have opted for a retro styled shirt this season and Coventry's certainly does have the feel of a retro shirt, which the half-collar around the back of the neck which is suprisingly comfortable as the material used is very soft.
