davidbuttery | Interesting story - reminded me of the film "Strange Days", which had a similar premise (in that case, IIRC, the "visions" were induced by some sort of chip that probed into the brain). And as lily7star says, there are so many categories on Dooyoo one is forever coming across somthing new and interesting... | 02/03/02 |

rosebud49 | Great op. The poem a person could tell came from the heart. The Sept. 11 tragedy has hit everyone hard all over the world. I've given you a crown nomination. | 27/09/01 |

leahslad | I almost cried at that poem, superb stuff and well deserving of a crown nomination. Steve | 26/09/01 |

calypte | Good luck with that half novel! Personally, I've always liked the blank sheet of paper stage - it's when I've started filling it with rubbish I get despondant!! | 30/07/01 |

Nice op :) Another category I didn';t know existed!
As for your 1/2 novel - better than my 1/2 short story which I came across when I was looking through old scribblings to write my domestic violence op.... I'd love to finish it, it just kind of got stuck and hasn't really come unstuck yet! ;-) |

Every writer's greatest dream: to be published :). I'm working on my first book of poems...about half way through...kinda like you and your novel :). Great op. If your op writing reflects the way you write for your novel, it should be a good book.

Aang | Most inspiring. I would like to write a best seller about famous Bhutanese ethnologists. | 15/05/01 |

offy | Writing a book/short story is just something that has never appealed to me, but my mum has had a few short stories published and is hoping to get back into it. Good luck with yours. I've always enjoyed your writing style, so let me know when your first book is in print and I'll be your first customer. | 11/05/01 |

Krystal | You're right, to have something published would be such an achievement. To have your name in print would be fantastic and something to be rightly proud of. | 10/05/01 |

cpf1993 | I would certainly look out for a book by you. Have you got anything lined-up in regards to a publisher? | 09/05/01 |

snappy | "Everyone's got a novel in them"...wewll all I can say that if that's the case, mine must be stuck in a very awkward spot. I've just got nothing to say. Words can't express the lack of words I have to express what I don't have to say. I'm speechless. And in any case, who'd want to read the drivel that I'd write - let alone pay me for it? Good luck on your project - but when it's published - the movie rights are sold and casting starts for the role of 'Karenuk'.....who do you, as casting adviser, get to play YOU?? | 09/05/01 |

indigojade | I think the book in me should stay right there!! lol | 09/05/01 |

Marcus_T | Nice op. "Half a novel on my hard drive"... I hope you have a back up copy in case disaster strikes? :o) | 09/05/01 |

SusanLesley | I love writing for Dooyoo and Ciao but I don't think I would ever have the commitment to write a book. Mind you they do say there's a book in all of us don't they? (Who are 'they' and how do they know?) Susan | 09/05/01 |
