Advantages: Delicious Food, calories all counted, variety, and it works

Disadvantages: You can Do It Cheaper Yourself But You Need Even More Will Power

I would like to say that this is a superb new way of losing weight.
It works on the idea that you buy all your food from them, have it delivered, and with the addition of a couple of portions of veg/fruit you are able to lose weight without having to plan meals, cook them, or guess portion sizes.

I sent off for the meals twice and have been delighted with the quality. The food is highly nutritious and is low GI to keep you feeling full for longer.
The Basic Idea is-
Cereal for breakfast-this is a small packet of Lizi's Granola to which you can add milk.
Lunch is a lovely soup
There is a good snack in the form of a Nak'd bar for keeping you going in the afternoon which is a healthy snack full of natural ingredients.
For dinner there are good meals which you add to with veg.
You can have thier set meals or you can pick and choose and there are vegetarian options too.

The price is good and works out at less than £7 per day.
It is cheaper if you order for more than one week as you can save on postage. If you use a cash back site like Quidco you will also be able to save money buying from them. This may change so check a few cash back sites to see if you can get discount.

Now if you can be disciplined having looked at the food they send to you, it is possible to do the same thing yourself more cheaply by buying many of the items yourself in bulk from various suppliers- but this will mean the temptation to overeat may get you! However many of their foods are prepared themselves but some are commercially available like some of the soups which you can buy in Waitrose. You can buy Lizi's Granola and Nak'd bars on line in bulk too.

I was actually amazed at the amount of food and the calories it represented. I am vegetarian and thought I ate healthily but when you look at the portion sizes I soon realised where I was going wrong. It has made me serve up much less to myself since trying the diet.

If you are looking to lose weight without any temptation then try this, I think it's brilliant and you will succeed if you keep out of other shops as much as you can. It does say you can have days off for special events and it doesn't recommend alcohol which is a bit tough but it takes all the hard work out of planning a diet.
It isn't recommended if you have a BMI of more than 30 and there are other groups who should not do it but if you go to their site it will calculate your BMI for you and tell you about the groups it is not suitable for.

As a bonus their meals are fantastic for camping and much cheaper than those you can get in a camping shop. You don't need a fridge for any of them and you heat them up on the stove or microwave. We took some to a spot near Holy Island last week and we sat in a field eating delicious soup heated up on the camp stove!

Good luck to the founders-it's a great idea.
