In America, of course, they have affirmative action to help ethnic minorities and about to have a black president because of that. We need that system here fast. So Harriet Harman wants to see more positive discrimination in the work place, helping women and ethnic minority's to get jobs, and better ones at that. I hope she realizes she got the job because she's a woman, allegedly (big smile). She certainly didnt get it for being able to do the job. Apparently she feels the above guys and girls are not getting a fair go by employers and she wants to help them out, ironically discriminating against white males in the process. Nothing new there boys! Will white men now be going to the Racial Equality Council and putting their case we wonder?
