Quality of information and reliability is important too.

Writing this sort of reviews won't do anygood. Drugs behave different in people. Therefore one persons good review is not relevant to the other person and vice versa.

I would never allow reviews on this site that mentioned drugs and cures for serious illness. If categories were opened and users had no choice I would hope that only reviews which guide people on the product would be put on the site. Recommendations and cures will be in bad taste.

I hope Dooyoo never let medical reviews on the site. Whereas most other categories are about things that don't harm people, drugs are one of those things which can if used in the wrong way.
