Advantages: Fantastic site, earn some bonus spends.
Disadvantages: Takes up all your time.
I don't actually think that I would go as far as to say that I have a Dooyoo addiction but I have certainly noticed lots of people over my time here that certainly do seem to have one.
One of the things that I tend to notice are the same people returning rates over and over again, sometimes I will post several reviews in a day and there is normally someone who will vote every single one of these almost as soon as I have posted it. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, it's wonderful ther are people that are so involved with the community that they like to sit and read reviews all the time.
I do seem to have days when I am a little bit addicted with Dooyoo, writing lots of reviews (days like today) and checking whether I have earned anymore miles since I last refreshed. Now my favourite place for using Dooyoo is from my iPhone. I like the fact that I can be sitting in the bath and working on making a review, I can save it to a note on my phone and just add a little bit whenever I want to. Sometimes the only quiet time that I get is when I am sitting on the toilet or having a nice soak In the bath away from the children.
I like to know that I am adding something to a community and whilst I don't always remember to return rates it's nice to know that there are people out there that will be making a few pennies if I read some of their reviews or if I want to find out something about a new product I have heard about and see if it is worth spending my money on.
I am sure that my addiction to Dooyoo will grow over time as I do find myself thinking about the site more and more and wanting to spend more of my time working on improving my reviews. It's fair to say that I love the rewards that come after writing a few reviews and I like being able to give my opinion to other parents on the products that I use on myself and on my children.
I really do enjoy my time on Dooyoo and although the site has changed it's payment policy recently I have realised that a site cannot carry on forever just dishing out 50p every time you review a Mars bar or a can of baked beans. Some of these categories have a ton of reviews already which does put me off reviewing a little bit as I don't always feel like I have something new to bring to the debate on certain things.
I have nothing more to say other than I love the site and I like to see how relationships grow here and how we can all start to learn more about products in our free time whilst making a little bit of money in the process.
Summary: A fantastic site with a community feel.
