I became a dooyoo member in December 2000. What I enjoy about this site is reading the opinions people write but also the variety of people that are linked with this site.

Every time I read an opinion someone has written, I always take the time to read what the member has written about themselves. I find these are just as interesting as reading the opinions written. The ones with photographs of the members are really good, as it’s nice to put a face to the people writing the reviews. Although saying that I have not attached one of myself yet and I am not likely to until I find a nice snap shot!!

Some of the opinions I have read were heartbreaking I think it takes a lot of courage to be so open and write a well written opinion on something that really can be life changing. Since reading some of these I have been at work and heard people complaining about just the simple annoying incidents that happen in every day life, such as the slow drivers in front made them late for work, or the car needs a new exhaust again!! These really are trivial matters that at the time seem so important, but when we are faced with a real disaster and a mean a real one such as the dreaded Cancer that is when we have the right to feel sorry for ourselves. Like some of the dooyoo members have unfortunately experienced for which I am really grateful they have shared their experiences.

Keep up the good writing everybody we have a good community here with plenty of things to report on.
