Not worth the time or effort (dooyoo Crowns)

There's no denying that a crowned review is usually very useful and written to a high standard. When I first started submitting reviews on dooyoo I tried my best to get a crown. There's nothing better than having a nice shiny crown next to a review. Unfortunately to obtain a crown requires a lot of effort yet little is given as a reward. Not only does one have to know the product inside out, one has to do a bit of research and check every bit of punctuation and grammer.

For every crown I obtained it took about four hours, the equivalent time to write up and University assignment, yet with the reward of a measly £1.50. I'm generally surprised how generous some people are with their time considering the low payout.

With the time and effort required, dooyoo should award at least 20,000 miles, the equivalent of £20. With this incentive I may consider churn out less reviews and write a decent quality review for a change.
