Thomas Enqvist

Thomas Enqvist is my favourite player in the world, even if he's not British. He's got great shots and a lot of ability, he is my sporting hero, and I look up to him. He doesn't oftenly get upset,or argue with the umpire, and i've never seen him give up. He has also beaten some good players, ie, Tim Henman. He has not achieved as much as i expected when I first saw him, but I think that this has ben down top his bad luck with injuries. Now though, injury free he is playing as well as ever and is progressing up the rankings. He has a lot of talent, but his chances of becoming World No 1 are slim. Cool as could be this character on the tour. You never really see things bother him in a match and i believe that this makes him so strong. I think he is so difficult to play against because he gives you no mental edge to the opponent. He plays from the back of the court and he is very accurate and punishes anything remotely short. He has got good athletic ability and is physically fit and this shows as he beat Federe in a five set marathon at Basle last week. ...  Read the complete review
