Newest Review: ... that I feel the need to always eat what is put in front of me. Hence I go to the gym a lot and tend to always do the different classes that are available and here are my opinions on them. Body Pump is one of my favourites as you get a cardio work out while using very light weights so it is also good for toning your muscles as well. Set to music you tend tok different muscle groups for each record and it is up to you how much weight you put on the bar and dumb bells. Although I'm not totally awful when it comes to diet I do know that if I ever stopped exercising then I would soon pile on the pounds as I have a bit of a sweet tooth and also find it ver hard to not clear my plate when given food, I'm ok if I get to serve myself but it must be someng to do with my up bringing that I feel the need to always eat what is put in front of me. Over the years I have done a number of exercise classes at the gyms that I have been a member of and on the whole most of them I have really enjoyed, most gyms will change the outine every couple of months to prevent it becoming stale for those taking part and to maintian inteest, also your body gets used to a workout and will not work to full capacity so it is important to vary your routine. Exercise.....The word just smacks of women in leotards or men in jogging cloths, sweating and panting and generally is a word that conjures up a feeling of straining yourself, constantly trying to find that perfect shape. Exercise is one of my top priorities during the course of the week. First of all, I am only 18 years old and don't know all the correct steps to take when doing the exercise and just developed my own way of doing it and the things I take before it.
