Hi, is there anybody out there, over 40 and terrified of each new wrinkle? Well this may be your lucky day. I was having one of my “ Oh my God, my crows feet have got crows feet days”, when I came across a web site with the title Free anti-aging facial exercise (http://www.ageless.co.za/faciallip.htm). Okay, okay that’s not exactly the truth, I was a so terrified of looking like a dried up old prune that I searched the web for a remedy. To say I was excited was an under statement, the thought of my “cough, cough” year old face looking like Cameron Diaz filled me with delight. The web site states that anyone can do these exercises, men, women, young or old and if done regularly they will make you look years younger. They give you a selection of different exercises for different parts of your face; here is a little sample;

Exercise for eyes
Sit upright with your eyes closed and relaxed. Keep your eyes closed while lifting your eyebrows and stretching your eyelids down as far as possible. Keep in this position for 5 counts, relax and repeat 5 times.

Exercise for cheeks
Have a relaxed smile with your lips closed and then suck in your cheeks towards and on to your teeth. Hold this for 10 counts, relax and repeat 10 times.

Exercise for Lips
Sit upright facing forward and purse your lips together. Lift your pursed lips towards your nose and keep there for 5 counts, relax and repeat 5 times.

Exercise for forehead
Lie on your bed facing the ceiling your head hanging over the edge. Lift your eyebrows as high as possible, with your eyes opening wide. Relax and repeat 10 times.

Well, how did you get on? Feeling years younger? That was just a little taste of the many exercises they have to offer. Six months of these and our chins will be up on our foreheads. Just a little word of advice, don’t do these in your car I’ve been pulled over three times. Good luck!

A good, succinct op.
I am a little wary of facial exercises as there seems to be conflicting evidence on whether they improve wrinkles. I'll be game for anything that is guaranteed to lessen them though!
