Dooyoo was good when it started but has become even better with the redesign.
However I have a few ideas for even more improvement.
Firstly, there should be two categories when it comes to rating opinions. How useful the opinion is and also how well its been written because although an opinions been well written it might not be very useful to some people. Also, an opinion may not be very well written but may be useful. Although we try not to be everyone can be bias when it comes to rating opinions. Because if we don't agree with something we do sometimes rate opinions as not useful.
Secondly, I don't know if others will agree with this idea, but I think that like new opinions appear on the dooyoo home page when they are written it might also be a good idea to have another box on the home page which shows the latest opinions that have been updated. That way we will know if an opinion has been updated. When we write comments we tend to ask the writers to expand on certain points etc so this will be a good way in which people will know if an opinion has been updated.

- 28/05/01 It's an idea that should be considered - we ask people to update opinions when we think they need it, so should the people who do proper updates not get the reward of a few extra reads for it? I know that if I went back and updated some of my earlier (i.e. crap) opinions, I would like them to get a few reads. |

- 27/05/01 I also use the update feature to rearrange the order of my ops in my profile. What we need is to be able to choose the ops in our profile, or maybe have the 5 recent ones and our 5 favourites. |
