We were only able to get a price for the kitchen by having a salesman/designer come to the house without this you will not get a price ! He arrived on time at 7pm and left at 10.45pm yes that late !
Printer didn't work and so we had to wait for the design to be emailed through and this was different to what we had discussed and was again changed.
When the surveyer came agian things were changed but not too much even though cupboards would not fit where they were designed to fit, the cooker had to be moved as it wouldn't fit (Why bother with a designer) !!
Once the fitter had been and surveyed the kitchen and a date was set for the fitting all was okay I will say now that if hadn't been for the fitters I would have cancelled everything They were first class but be aware that Tesco sub contract to various fitters and trust me there are some really bad ones.
The units all arrived flat packed in the most horrendous weather and we had the fittings in the living room!! When it came to the fitting the fitters discovered that Tesco don't know the difference between corniches and plinths so we had no corniches but loads and loads of plinths, wrong sized cupboard door and then when we informed Tesco they blamed the fitters for not checking the order But who put the order together in the first place Yes that's right Tescos.
We had almost daily emails and phone calls right up until we paid the kitchen price which was before anything was fitted, since then Tesco do not want to know. I have made a formal complaint but still haven't heard any thing.
I agree entirly with the last review decent quality kitchen that could have been purchased a great deal cheaper and for the same quality. The customer service is ZERO please be aware.
We had 4 people who were waiting to see the outcome of our experience with Tesco needless to say none of them are going to Tesco.
P,S, we were going to have a complete new bathroom which we have now had fitted BUT NOT BY TESCO
