The 31 year old is a great player for England, not just for his abilities but also for his spirit. He really gets the crowd going, you just feel something special is going to happen when he comes into bat or steps up to bowl. He has been around for quite a few years now, when he ... more

First of all I have to say, how funny is that picture! He looks so young! So Andrew Flintoff, or 'Freddie Flintoff' as many of us know him. Well its around this time of year when the Ashes takes up many of the headlines. And usually at the forefront of those headlines is this great man. Andrew Flintoff is a English cricket player. He alse plays for Lancashire county cricket club. He is an all rounder which means he both bats and bowls. He is a very explosive batter, famous for hitting sixes and attacking the bowlers. When he bowls he is a fast seamer. He is 6ft tall so he gets good sharp bounce when he bowls. The 31 year old is a great ...  Read the complete review

Andrew 'Freddy' Flintoff - Test Career Andrew Flintoff, seems at long last to be fulfilling the promise he showed a few years ago. His game has come a long way in the last 18 months, with all aspects of it improving. Before the start of 2003, Flintoff was averaging below 20 in test cricket with the bat. He was a very extravagent batsmen before then, often slashing at balls outside off stump, that weren't there to be hit. Since 2003 he averages well over 40 runs per innings. Freddy has become a more complete batsmen. He is much more watchful than before and isn't afraid to leave a few deliveries. He has also become very solid in defence. ...  Read the complete review

Andrew Flintoff is a bowler on the England Cricket team and is a real, real star. He is an amazing guy and a general all rounder in cricket. He is my favourite player and recently he has really proven himself in the team, scoring big runs for England and also getting out some of the top bowlers around the world. He also plays for the county team of Lancaster. Nicknamed 'Freddie', he is a really lad's lad. Facts about Flintoff **************** Born on 6th December 1977 in Preston Freddie is now at present 26. he was educated at Ribbleton Hall High School and is now 6'4'' tall. He made his cricket debut at his current county ...  Read the complete review

Andrew Flintoff has to be one of the up and coming stars of the future, he has already proved himself to be a great all rounder. His 'hit it any way' style has kept the nation on their seats over the winter, and the summer so far. I think we can expect great things from this young man, but I do think a promotion to 4/5 in the batting order is in order. A fine asset to the country. Once that defence shot has been mastered I think he will be taking the cricket world by storm. Quite soon the name on the tip of everyones tongue will be Andrew Flintoff. ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Andrew Flintoff: Fat Freddie! (248 words)

Andrew Flintoff is undoubtedly one of the current England team?s most naturally talented player. In the past he has been continually plagued by niggling back injuries which have kept him out of cricket for a long while. However, at the moment he has a perfect opportunity to display his talent in the ongoing series against India and the forthcoming tour of New Zealand. Flintoff has always demonstrated his ability with both the bat and ball whilst playing for English county Lancashire but he has never quite performed at international level. He is an extremely talented all-rounder and certainly has what it takes to play the role for England. He can bowl at ...  Read the complete review
