I always think its quite sad about Robbie Fowler, he was a supremely talented goal taker, possibly even more so than Michael Owen but he never really hit the big time as everyone thought he would, a Liverpool player from the youth team where he broke goalscoring records (Which in turn were broken by Michael Owen), he made it into the first team at a very young age. What can I say, 8 years of legacy as an Anfield legend, but now there is no Robbie Fowler at Anfield. Let me make one thing entirely clear, for the past 8 years I have idolized this hero of the Kop, and I will continue to do so, so long as his legs allow him to play football, he is one of the greatest strikers to ever pull on a Liverpool shirt, and that is a prestigious title, which I generally only hand out to the likes of the great Ian Rush, and Kenny Dalglish.
