I have been on this site over a year and already I have started to notice a few things that irritate me about this site and are constantly making me considering leaving. This topic is really directed a people to have a rant but I'm going to try and make it not sound to much like I am moaning because really if I think about it all of the below I choose to deal with and don't have to.

1. Spammers & Scammers
I have noticed that on this site there are alot of people that sign up and go around messaging people their email asking them to speak in private. I have seen these kind of things all over the web and all the want is you to email them and they start talking then ask you for money which is bang out of order. In the past couple of months I have been messaged at least 3 time by these random people. The thing that makes them look dodgy and make me not even respond is that they never post any reviews. These people defeat the whole object of the website and it really annoys me because people like that are only here to use people on the website which is not cool.
I think ciao could resolve this by not letting anyone send a message to anyone on dooyoo until they have posted at least one review. I think this would be good because if you are genuinely here to write helpful reviews it will be no problem if you can only start sending messages after you have posted at least one review. These people I consider Scammers because that is their only intention.

2. Non-Raters
There are just too many people on here that have rated 0 reviews or next to none reviews but yet they have posted 10s of hundreds of reviews. I know no one is obligated to rate reviews but at the end of the day if no one rates no one will earn much and that will just drive people away.We are all here to spread our work and share opinions and if less and less people are reading/rating more people will give up. I always rate back but at the same time if someone has never rated me but they have rated a fair amount of reviews I will happily read their work and rate them. I never expect a return rate at all but I just like to see everyone acknowledging others work because alot of people on here write some quality reviews and deserve way more praise they are getting. Not saying any names but I will continue to rate and support all of you I feel deserve it. I don't think there is not much you can do about this to be honest so I don't really dwell on it.

3. Unfair treatment of newcomers.
I think some of the more established members need to give newcomers a break if they post not very informative reviews. Everyone on here started with not so good reviews but I think some have forgotten were they started and give some really offensive feedback to some newcomers. I see this every now and they and sometimes I feel to comment but don't want to cause problem. I don't think any of it is intentional but it's the wording of what people say can be offensive because you never know someones state of mind and what can hurt someones feelings.

To solve this I think that dooyoo should show example reviews in the sign up process of a good and a bad review or show newcomers what is the minimum that dooyoo are looking for. I don't think this would make a big difference but it certainly will show people what they need to do rather than explain.

4. 100 reviews a day
Now not literately 100 reviews a day but it sometimes feels like that. I have noticed that some people post sometimes two digit numbers amount of reviews a day which is really annoying because when I look at the newest reviews they just keep appearing. I think their should be a 5 a day limit on how many reviews each person can post. Anything more than that is really not necessary because I notice the more reviews people write a day the worse the quality gets as they keep writing. This is not in every case but most often is the case. I think frustration results back to the fact that there just are not enough people rating to earn what some people may want to earn. Because of the lack of rating people may result into posting more reviews to make up their earnings. I don't do this because I personally think that after writing a few reviews it gets tedious and on top of that people forget to rate older reviews for that day because they would have missed it.

The only way to solve this problem is to put a limit on daily reviews I'd say about 5 or 6 a day is fair enough and encourage rating so people won't feel like they have to result to writing a string of reviews.

5. I don't agree
I have saw on so many occasion were people have given a low rating on a perfectly good review then left a comment which more than always states reasons they don't agree with you. Everyone on this site has a mind of their own and has their own opinions so you should never judge a review on weather it matches you opinion or not. If you think one thing about a product but someone has written a review disagreeing but at the same time has valid proof and experience to back up their judgement of the product there is really no reason for you to be harsh and rate the product down because your opinion is not the only one out there.

They are all my frustrations really but apart from these things this site is really enjoyable for me and I wish the site would try to cut back on some of these things from happening. After reading some other frustration reviews I have noticed nearly everyone is saying similar things so I don't feel like I'm the only one who sees these things as problems.

I will only do my best at helping minimize peoples frustrations on the site that is why I have taken some time to read what problems others have and will do my best to help were I can but there really is only so much me on my own can do. Dooyoo is technically a team and everyone on here should be coming together really.
