A IS FOR Andrea, my best friend and Alun, her helpful husband.

B IS FOR Brownies, my first real hobby, and Bolsover Castle, my favourite English Heritage site.

C IS FOR Chesterfield, where I was born and Charmed, my favourite television programme.

D IS FOR Do-it Yourself, because no one else will, and Dog walking, my least favourite task.

E IS FOR Elocution lessons, which I've almost forgotten, and English Heritage, my cultural side.

F IS FOR Family tree tracing, my favourite hobby, and the French chateau, where I stayed on a working holiday. I also got a B in my French GCSE!

G IS FOR Genealogists, which I hope to become, and Guiding, where I learnt to be self-sufficient.

H IS FOR Hepthorne Lane, where I live now, and Hoarding, what I am best at.

I IS FOR Isle of Wight and Italy, 2 of my favourite destinations, so far! It also stands for Irritable Bowel - the syndrome which meant I had to change my diet!

J IS FOR Jersey, a place I long to visit, and Journalism, the job I trained to do, but never did.

K IS FOR Kaizen, meaning my lifelong learning package, and Kalanchoe, my favourite type of houseplant.

L IS FOR Lazy, what my boyfriend reckons I am, and Lavender, my favourite scent. Also stands for Lactose free diet, which I tried but it didnt help my moods or my health!

M IS FOR Methodist, what my family christened me as, and Manic Depressive, what I became and Meatloaf my favourite singer.

N IS FOR North Wingfield, the town where my district lays, and Nag, which I often do.

O IS FOR Ornithology, my school time hobby, and Obese, which I am (clinically at least) - although I have lost some weight recently and can now get in a size 16 again!!

P IS FOR Pen pals, for family tree purposes, and Peak FM, my favourite local radio station.

Q IS FOR Quebec, where my 1st pen friend came from, and Quadrilateral, the type of St John Division I'm in. Also now on a QVar inhaler for my asthma.

R IS FOR Ripley, where I work, and the 3 R's (Robert - boyfriend, Rambo - dog, and Richard, boyfriend's best mate).

S IS FOR St John, my first aiding duties in the local area, and Stainsby, my favourite duty at the local folk festival! See Puff Magic Dragon review!

T IS FOR Thimbles, what the boyfriend insisted I wanted for my birthday and which I now reluctantly collect, and Teddies, which his aunt gives me every year as a present

U IS FOR Ultramarine, my desired colour, and Unadopted road, which I have to drive down to get to my garage and every day to get into work.

V IS FOR Vehement, my attitude when an argument ensues, and Ventolin, my reliever when the asthma takes its toll afterwards.

W IS FOR Werewolf, my nickname at school, don't ask why, and Wallflower, which describes both me and my garden and Wheat - free, the diet I am now on.

X IS FOR Xylophone, which I had to play at school along with the recorder (I was lousy at both) and Xenophobes, which I dislike, I enjoy visiting all foreign countries, how do you know you won't like it till you've tried it? I am going to Egypt next year.

Y IS FOR Yvonne, my given name, and Young Leader, what I became after Guides.

Z IS FOR Zion, the name of the Pentecostal church I attended, and Zodiac, what I check daily for hints and tips.I am a blunt, honest, well-travelled Sagittarian, by the way.
