Advantages: fun, exciting.

Disadvantages: nerveracking and scary at first, can be painfull.

when people think paintballing they think shooting stuff and pain. its not like that. it actually doesnt hurt as much as people claim it too. also, unlike you may do on an x box game it is not as easy it it seems to go rambo stylee on the enemy. i decided to go on a shooting spree in my first game. i jumped up from behind the haystack and was shot in the throat. when people claim beign shot hurts, i was shot in the throat...and it wasnt anywhere near as painfull as you would expect. it did hurt. quite a bit. but the pain lasts for a few seconds and is over. and it dopes depend where you get shot. i do know of people who have broken ribs so do be carefull.

when you first arrive at where your going you normally see a bunch of guys all dressed up acting big. i went with 3 of my 14 year old mates. 4 14yr olds against a gang of blokes. to be honest i was scared for my life. we went on either side of the map and the game began. we were scared to move. we jumped and rolled like ninjas from tree to tree until we saw the enemy. we basically just charged. we shot as much as possible whilst running untilwe were in a great possition. afetr alot of waiting around they made a move. being 4 adolescent teenagers used to computer game we just went crazy on the trigger. it was a lot of fun seeing a group of men humiliated by some teens who had never played before. but your bullets dont always go where you want them too. soem guns shoot off and most of the time people are out of range and the wind catches the bullets. however this does play to your own adcantage when going at the enemy like a madman with a gun...

ADVICE!! - bring your own paintballs (check if you are allowed first). they cost alot at the site and youll end up spending the same amount of money you did organising the event. they are available on the internet for half the price they are at the store. also, you wont run out of bullets halfway through a game and just look like an idiot pretending to shoot stuff with an empty gun. also brign your end food and drink. youll get thirsty and hungry there a food and drink can also be expensive.

Summary: all round fun. good to say youve done it and got shot lol.
