McLaren in GeneralNewest Review: ... between Michael and Rubens, they have both been consistently scoring points, much to my displeasure. Hats off ... till next year. Rather like the Manchester United of Formula One, the teams not only share a colour, but also a will to succeed like no other. Their ambition has to admired, and has to be emulated by McLaren. I'm not suggesting for a minute that McLaren have taken their ... more |

The time of the season has come for McLaren, and the other teams in the Championship for that matter, to take stock of their situation and begin preparing for next year. Now I'm not being cynical, I bleed black and silver, but it is obvious to anyone who can read a table that Ferrari have dominated the season and will run away with both titles. You may think that I am on the opposing teams side, Ferrari, well I am not. I wish to express my deepest concerns for a team which I have supported for 5 years now, yes I am a Mclaren fan! Over the first two races of the season Mclaren have failed to achieve both speed and strategy success. Hakkinen was 0.700 off the pace in Malaysia whilst Coulthard was over 1 second a drift of Ferrari. Whilst I have all the confidence in the world that the ...
