Advantages: glorious footie !

Disadvantages: they don't all play for my team

Well here we are now well into the season. Which players have performed best so far dooyoo think? Here's my choices based on performances so far...

Goalkeeper - PAUL ROBINSON, Leeds Utd.
Good shot stopper - needs to come off his line a bit more, then he will be England's No.1 keeper.

Right back - LEE DIXON, Arsenal.
Sneaks about the pitch being extremely effective.

Centre Back - RIO FERDINAND, Leeds Utd.
Not worth £18m, probably more like about £15m. Picking up rave reviews most games he plays now.

Centre Back - SAMMI HYPPIA, Liverpool.
A monster of a defender.

Left Back - SYLVINNIO, Arsenal.
Class.

Right midfield - DAVID BECKHAM, Scumsters.
Had to put him in really. Gives any team good width and balance.

Central midfield - STEPHEN GERARD, Liverpool.
Got a good "engine" - and a decent shot.

Central midfield - LEE BOWYER, Leeds United.
Every team needs a weasel like this. Sneaks into the box late and bags more than the odd goal.

Left midfield - JOE COLE, West Ham United.
Worth a look. he has now established himself in West Ham's team.

Striker - JIMMY FLOYD HASSELBAINK, Chelsea.
Still scoring - when he gets the chance to play.

Striker - MARCUS STEWART, Ipswich Town.
Scoring for fun! Not an International, but proving deadly in the Premiership whilst his form lasts.
