Advantages: Got a great balance

Disadvantages: none

I think that we have seen some exceptional footballers this year so i thought i would compile the best of them.

Manager:George Burley
I have chosen George because he has brought Ipswich up in to the top division and every one thought they would go straight back down but he has done a wonderfull job putting Ipswich in to the Europe places.

Goalkeeper:Fabien Barthez
As an Arsenal fan i did'nt really want to put him in but his performances for club and country have put him right at the top of the list

Left Back:Silvinho
It was a hard choice to pick between him and Ian Harte but because i am an Arsenal fam it has to be him. He has shown that he can defend brilliantly and it can attack as well and you need qualities like that i a wing back.

Right Back:Danny Mills
I have chosen him because he has consistantly put in great performances for leeds and has great determination and never gives up.

Centre Back:Sami Hyypia
He has got to be the best centre back in the division this season he has been the rock at the heart of the liverpool defence never giving up and i think he is the reason liverpool have concedeed so little.

Centre Back:Rio Ferdinand
Sicne the speculation of his move to leeds about his price tag he seems to have lived to it. He has defender in vital times of need and has scored some vital headers in Europe as well

Left Wing:Harry Kewell
He has been out of action for a while but since he has been back he has brought life to the leeds left wing with his fantastic trickery and vital playmaking

Right Wing:David Beckham
I have to put him in because he has constantly put in great crosses for united and he does bring some life to the right wing

Centre Mid:Patrick Viera
I know he is an Arsenal player but this season he has proven himself as a great centre mid with his fantastic workrate and his determination he is worthy of this place.

Centre
Mid:Roy Keane
He is very alike to viera in that he puts in 100% and does the job for united with them two in the middle you would say they where a mean force.

Forward:Marcus Stewart
He has been the main source of Ipswich's goals and his high goalscoring rate has put him near the top of leading goalscorers

Forward:Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink
He has been an underrated striker this season but he has scored his fais share of goals and he has scored some fantastic ones at that he also has a lot of strength which makes him a menace to defenders

Hmmmm. Oldham's Carlo Corrazin could be partnered with Jimmy........ LOL JOKE! Good op, with some decent players, although I would get rid of Ferdinand.
