The loss of match of the Day is a national tragedy and brings down disgrace on the leadership of the Premier League. I know that they have an obligation to themselves to pull in as much revenue as they can from people wanting to watch Premiership football but considering the vast sum of money they have just clawed in from their recent deals to show live matches and so forth, some concessions could surely have been made to save, what is, a national institution.Everybody knows that the BBC just haven't got the financial clout that the commercial companies have, and that is because you don't have to put up with bloody adverts in the middle of your football! Surely quality has got to mean something even in this day and age. Shame on you!!
