Advantages: I don't mind a quick kick around

Disadvantages: Its Spending millions, Violence, Corruption

I think its about time that we all take a step back and realise that no one should ever get paid millions for playing a game!!! Just think about it………………… ;

.....Football was invented as a game, like tiddley winks or scrabble it was invented to entertain those who played and in some cases those who watch. So why has should people get paid thousands and millions to play what they love doing, infact why should they get paid at all!

The Money
Personally I hate watching Football, I hate the (most) supporters and, well I just hate it. Football itself is okay I don’t mind having a kick around with my mates but I detest real games. I can understand why people like to watch footy and that’s fair enough, but don’t you ever get mad that the majority of people to day have to work like mad all there life in hard jobs like building, plumbing, nursing, mid-wifing, office work and they’ll work like that for as long as they can with no reward no recognition and a standard wage. Doesn’t it piss you off that the government put up taxes every year, that the NHS is short of money and third world countries are going hungry and poor, all this whilst idiots like Beckham are forking out thousands for his jubilee party!! A lot of Supporters are working class, they work for pitance!! I always think why do these people
Support this sport which employees and pays people who kick footballs around. And I’m sorry to say this I know there is a talent involved, but its no where near as talented and as hard as been a nurse or a builder.

Personally my sport is SkateBoarding, these guys are talented, these guys jump buildings and slide down rails, and they hardly get paid, most pro skaters still have to go out and get a job. I’m sorry but how do you price a footballer, how do you sell them? Why? I understand that everyone wants the best player, but what makes a player wo
rth so much and why the hell should they be. Its stupid!!

There are thousands of people out there that need money to live and to support there children, there are people who don’t have homes, so ask yourself one question: Why should average people become rich superstars just from kicking a football around?

The Violence

I saw a program the other night about football violence and it seems a lot of supporters just go to matches to stomp on people. I know there always be rivalry but there is absoluletly no need to brain an opposing fan. These guys teamed up on a passer by, punched him to floor and then took it in turns to take run up kicks at his head, probabley brain damaging the poor guy, and he had kids with him. I know that these people will follow any sport if football was stopped. All this violence is costing the police valuable time and money to so its another reason for me not to like the game. I'm not a fan of our country but what must other countries think of our supporters behaviuor

David Beckham

This guy gets more money than any of us could dream of, but he can’t even string a sentence together. (sorry I had to put that bit in I know its not really relevant)

So that’s why I hate football, and you could and will say that this isn’t the only money gobbling culprit and that there is far worse examples of this than football, like tax evasion, crime, pop stars etc don’t worry though I’m onto those aswell. BUT FOR GODS SAKE IT’S A GAME INVENTED TO ENTERTAIN NOT TAKE OUR TAX MONEY.
