Advantages: transfer market needed

Disadvantages: clubs will die

i think fifa should not scrap the transfer market, as it would kill of the british game. How woould teams like West Ham survive, nevermind the lesser teams in the lower divisions like Crew Alexander, who survive by selling their best players. Lower league teams, would go bankrupt, and there would only be the top ten clubs able to compete, even them with time, will fade away. And from the players point of view, one day you could be worth 20 million the nest day nothing. Worrying times, Uefa or Fifa should think very carefully. Just look at the Bosman ruling that has been used as a tool by players to hold clubs to ransom

You say that players would be at a disadvantage with the new transfer system but this is totally wrong. You say that one day they would be worth £20 million and the next day nothing but it doesn't matter because every player will be 'worth' nothing because the clubs won't be allowed to pay transfer fees. The new system is a very favourable one for players because it allows them to move between clubs whenever they want.
