Advantages: some good talented players

Disadvantages: don't perform

Wales have never qualified for a European or world cup championship for over forty years. But, I can't understand why...They have some good players in the current squad, Like Ryan Giggs, Gary Speed, and the emerging Craig Bellamy. Even, over the years they have had some good players like Mark Hughes himself, Ian Rush, and the excellent goalkeeper Neville Southall.
It is very disappointing when they lose to a small team like Belarus, because they should have the quality to beat them. They have a relatively easy group to what they have had before, and should be looking to do better than ever before. I, hope Mark Hughes's inexperience as a manager does not let the team down.
They should do better considering the players they have. They have an embarrassing FIFA ranking, in the hundreds somewhere, which reflects badly on the team, and country.
