Advantages: you'll learn more about me
Disadvantages: enter if you dare the Werewolf's lair!
HAVE YOU EVER?
Been so drunk you blacked out?
No, I've never been drunk, but this may be because I mix my drinks (My favourite is cider which I can not drink all night so I used to drink cider, bitter, lager (very infrequently) and soft drinks in between. I was usually the "sensible" one ensuring everyone else gets home OK. Still am because now I am tee-total and have to drive home 7 miles I don't drink alcohol. This is in addition to the fact that it could cause problems with my manic depression tablets. I now only drink when I am on holiday - which is why I try to get as many holidays in as I can!!!
Do I have a drink problem?
No, unless you count my coffee intake (which is one reason I switched to decaffeinated).
Been hurt emotionally?
Sure, hasn't everyone? I had a boyfriend who was extremely good at hurting me emotionally and this was one of my reasons for leaving him.
Kept a secret?
I keep lots of secrets, but if I am told something and not told to keep it a secret it is in my view "public knowledge" and I may gossip about it unintentionally.
Had an imaginary friend?
Yes, but can't remember what he/she was called. I preferred books as a child to "real" friends, which is why I now have only a few select friends - including tange!
Had a crush on a teacher?
No
Ever thought an animated character was hot?
Not to my knowledge.
Had a New Kids on the Block tape?
Yes, but can't remember what it was called and can't find it now.
Been on stage?
Yes, for school I was always the narrator or the little old woman because I wore spectacles from the age of 9. When I was in nursery/primary school, I was dressed up as a teddy bear (very itchy suit) and had to say a little rhyme "I am a little teddy bear on the Christmas tree, if you were a little boy wouldn't you like me?" I was spitting feathers over this as I wanted to be the fairy who said a similar rhyme but inserted girl instead of boy. This role fell to another girl who later grew up to be the secondary school bully who I eventually stood up to and had a cat fight with. The teachers had to separate us and she never bullied me or my friends again - don't know why as I was losing the fight!!!!
Cut your own hair?
No, never. My dad trained as a hairdresser and wanted to go into it professionally but my mother was worried about being self-employed and renting property, so my dad has always done my hair for me. I have saved an absolute fortune because of this. He does mine, my mums and my boyfriends hair. I have occasionally been to hair salons but never been happy with the results.
FAVORITES
Shampoo?
Original Source tea tree and mint.
Hair colour?
Brown (mine is brown and so have all my boyfriends been).
Summer/winter?
Neither, I prefer autumn when the leaves change colour. But if you are making me choose, then summer because the days are nicer for gardening.
Food?
Any type of food. However, my absolute favourites are Chinese, Indian or Mexican. Only started going to these type of restaurants recently and really enjoyed myself. Going to a Greek restaurant sometime in February and loved their food when I was in Crete.
Movies?
Harry Potter - all of them, or anything with Tom Cruise in it, Lord of the Rings - all of them.
Ice cream?
Any. Oh, all right then Neopolitan - which is chocolate, vanilla and strawberry all in one tub. If I have to select a make then it would have to be White Magnum.
Normal drink?
Coffee, sparkling water, hot chocolate.
WHAT ARE YOU...
Wearing?
Brown skirt, tights, red sandals, green vest top, and glasses.
Drinking?
Nothing, I am on the computer and haven't made one since 11am.
Thinking about?
My St John group and the training I am doing to become a Sergeant/Officer.
Listening to?
Noise from the computer.
IN THE LAST 24 HOURS:
Cried?
No
Worn a skirt?
Yes, yesterday and today
Met someone new in the last 24 hours?
In what context? I always meet new people at work. At St John ago I met a new member, who enjoyed her first session as a Badger and I hope will return next week.
Cleaned your room?
Which room would you prefer, I have a whole house to look after! I've cleaned the kitchen - smallest room! I intend to hoover the whole house today, if I get time. We are going to visit friends later today.
Done laundry?
I do my laundry nearly every day but hate the ironing.
Driven a car?
No.
DO YOU BELIEVE IN:
Yourself?
Yes absolutely
Your friends?
Yes all my friends are loyal and helpful as well as being extremely trustworthy.
Tooth Fairy?
Yes
Destiny/fate?
Definitely, I check my horoscopes religiously every day. I believe that you can help it along yourself, though, by working hard, etc.
Angels?
Not sure, but would like to. I believe that my grandfather (god rest his soul) is looking over me and helping me, but he would probably not count as an "angel" as such, would he?
Ghosts?
Yes, but have never seen one. I bought a book back from the Isle of Wight about ghosts and have now lent it to my boyfriend. It was the second in the series as I had already read the first in the series. When i went back in November I got book 3.
FRIENDS AND LIFE:
Do you fancy someone?
Yes, my boyfriend and his mate.
Who do you go to for advice?
My parents or my friends, depends on the problem. I also use Ciao for advice on products.
Who do you cry to?
Not sure what the question means but if it means who I will cry in front of - anyone.
Do you want people to do this and accept the challenge?
Yes.
