A lot of women aren't happy with their figure. They either feel that they're too fat or too thin. Also a lot of teenagers feel this way aswell and develop eating disorders like Anorexia (not eating) and Bullemia (making yourself sick). Even celebrities have these problems, Geri Halliwell for example was bullemic when she was a teenager.
But diets aren't always the solution to weight problems, sometimes they can do more harm than good. Plenty of exercise and sticking to the right foods can help. Like making sure you don't eat too many fatty foods but cutting them out alltogether isn't a good way to loose wight.
If you do go on a diet you have to make sure you eat all the necassary vitcims and proteins aswell as everything else you need. Before you start it is a good idea to consult your doctor to make sure you are doing things properely.
Like I said before exercise is a great way to loose weight, jogging once a day and going to the gym are great ways to burn off those calories.
Eating healthily is a good way to keep slim and fit. Eat lots vegetables and fruit, this will help keep you healthy. Also lots of vitimins.
Lack of vitimins can cause problems like diseases such as scurvey which can have devistating effects. But if you eat plenty of fruit and vegetables then this wont be a problem.
A great dieting programme is Weight Watchers. Instead of cutting out foods they give you a certain amount of points you can have in one day. Each food is worth an amount of points. This way you aren't cutting off foods but at the same time loosing weight.
Dieting is not always the solution but proper programmes such as Weight Watchers can help you loose weight if you do everything your supposed to. But if you're unsure then consult your doctor. Otherwise dieting can be good, also exercise is guarenteed to loose you weight as long as you don't do too much.
