Hasselbaink is a great striker and he is capable of scoring a lot of goals every season. Last season, he scored about 25 goals and he has already scored 3 goals this season in the premiership. He scored the first of the season against Southampton in Chelsea’s 2-0 win at St. Mary’s Stadium. He also scored 1 against Arsenal in the 1-1 draw and 2 against Tottenham in Chelsea’s 3-2 win.

As a Chelsea player, Hasselbaink has only won the Charity Shield, although he is a player who wants to win a lot more and if Chelsea don’t succeed in winning trophies, then Hasselbaink will want talks with the manager because he came to Chelsea to win things.

Hasselbaink has had a very good career. He used to play for Leeds United and he scored quite a lot of goals for them. He then joined Athletico Madrid and he scored 34 goals in his first season, which made him one of the most in demand strikers in Europe. He joined Chelsea last summer, for 15 million pounds, which equalled the British record, at that time.

Hasselbaink scored 26 times in his first season at Chelsea and he became the first man to break the 20-goal barrier since Kerry Dixon a decade earlier.

Hasselbaink is a great striker with a lot of power and strength and the ability to change a game.
