High Jump is a great competitive field event. I personally really enjoy high jump because it's an extremely challenging sport and you are always trying to beat your PB (Personal Best). My PB is about 1.75m. To do high jump you'll need the pole to go across, the other two poles either side and the big mat. Then it's simple, you run up to the pole and 'jump'! To find out which side you should run up to, you'll need to know which your stronger leg to jump off from is.
