I thought i would share a little story with you regarding my obsession with cleaning. Every week regardless of how im feeling I will ensure that the house is cleaned from top to bottom and I am only satisfied when the house smells of bleach and the rest of the family have passed out from breathing cleaning fluid.

I used to watch How Clean Is Your House with Kim and Aggy cause I loved getting all the old cleaning tips and ways of cleaning household products without spending a fortune.

Well, one day they had been talking about the grime that can collect inside your kettle and they recommended that you steep vinegar in the kettle over night.

So there I went cleaning the house and filling my kettle with vinegar for the night.
I never thought any more of it until the n ext morning I here my other half screaming like a girl. I ran through to find a cup of tea all over the floor and my partner standing with a face of pale green.

I conveniently forgot to advise him of my cleaning idea and the poor wee lamb had got up before me and made himself a cuppa - Hot Vinegar, two sugars and milk! Needless to say we didn't last much longer after that!
The worst thing was, it never worked and i got was a funky smelling kettle that didnt make a decent cuppa ever again! You have been warned!
