wickedwilf | I am longing to break in my exmoor pony but I hesitate because I rarely have any one to help and I understood that you should never drive alone. Am I being overcautious? The pony has been here for 5 years and he is excellent in traffic with a superb temperament, he lunges and long-reins well and is used to voice commands. | 23/07/01 |

ladyridercymru | On the contrary, all bridle paths are covered for Driving. Basically if a pushbike is permitted to use the lanes and dirt bikes it applies thata horse and cart (two wheeled vehicles) can also do so. | 16/02/01 |

Caroline R | I've had one go at driving and it was great fun. It must be difficult coping with the lack of rights of way, though - carriage drivers are even worse off than riders for places to go! | 15/02/01 |

janna | I did this in reverse to you!!! Several years ago I bought a Shire Horse who had been used for driving (pulled a cart). Nowadays, I ride him. | 13/02/01 |
