In my very humble opinion I believe a parents should be firm but fair in order to disapline children. Parents should not be too generous and spoil the children; on the other hand the parents should not be too harsh on kids.

I think that the best level of disapline is in between. The children should be able to respect the parents and ultimately the parents should have the final say.

If parents be nice to the kids so will they to the parents.
