The ONS has predicted that the population of England will reach 71 million by 2025. How long can we sustain this level of population increase before life in this country becomes intolerable? The politicians of all parties tell us that immigration is good for the economy but they fail to tell us about the social chaos that population growth of this enormity will lead to.

The most obvious problem is housing. Housing is already in such great demand ( whether for buying or renting) that the house prices are already beyond the scope of most first time buyers, and rents due to demand are so high that it makes it almost impossible to rent and save at the same time.

The education system is also under pressure with a large proportion of their resources being spent on teaching children who do not have English as their first language. It is also becoming more difficult for parents to find places for their children in the schools of their choice due to the shortage of places.

The rise in immigration also according to the figures brings with it a rise in crime which also puts severe pressure on the police budget and costs them a small fortune in hiring interpreters Etc.

Although many health service workers are immigrants, immigration also puts a severe strain on the health service in general and with the predicted rise in population will perpetuate the need for more health service workers and therefore more immigration.

As the average age of the population increases due to advances in medical science and the birth-rate rises and rises, the population of this country will be such that our children and grandchildren will find themselves in an increasingly intolerable situation.

Stop all but essential immigration now before it is too late.
