So hands up all those who are looking forward to the 'Rapture', the moment when all born again Christians are supposed to be sucked up into the sky and never seen again. Yes, me to!!! God, they do go on! lol. And imagine if the poor sods are half-way up into the air to meet their God (what's theoretically supposed to happen) and then there is no old man with a white beard to catch them and they fall back down again, just like that tumbling Whale on the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. lol. Splat!! Christians all over your garden! As Homer Simpson's knows well, you need more than weed killer to get Ned Flanders off your lawn!!

Religion in the modern world, of course, is a preposterous idea, and so we have to have it forced upon on us, be it though un-metered immigration or those rather sad individuals who hand out flyers in the high street to try and convert you. But religion is order and some people just need to be told what to do. Most rational and intelligent thinking persons out there dismiss any religious belief pretty early on in their lives and I'm one of those. Yes, God is indeed possible due to an infinite universe and theoretical quantum multiple universe physics theory, but from what we know evolution stands up pretty well on how we all got here, and although beards are back in fashion the idea of a white God with a white beard deciding everything is all rather silly in a Monty Python sort of way. My favorite quote from the argument between science and religion is from Einstein who says 'look, you know, we are both looking for the creator of all things when it comes down to it. And they are both made of the same atoms'.

Of course there are some intelligent thinkers out there who practice free will in their religion, whatever religion that may be, even taking up the call to the religious arms and so the cloth, but that's usually to hide their vices, be it preferring the company of other men or have one too many bottles of Scotch hidden in the font. If you go by law suits in the Catholic Church in American then some even prefer the company of little children in the vestibules. I just don't believe intelligent people get into God for rational reasons. If their parents are religious then it's inevitable and so fair enough, but most people that turn to God later in life have usually been acting like the devil. And we all know those who act like the devil have more fun. And for those reasons I can't take religious people seriously, unless they slam planes into tall buildings of course...

But this review is about the religion of Islam in Europe, why we are all here and seemingly on edge about this mysterious and intimidating faith, especially for Rowan Williams, the Archbishop of Canterbury, particularly spooked. The camp and wispy voice of the head of the Anglican Church isn't happy now that Britain's biggest religion is no longer his and he is lashing out in frustration wit his clever and subtle anti Muslim speeches. Cormack Murphy O'Conner and the Catholics, on the other hand, are laughing tears into their wine and wafers, just edging into the top spot after claiming all the equally fertile Polish immigrants as potential church goers in the vestry stakes to become top dogs.

Of late business is not good domestically for our traditional religions, especially new converts, unless you're trying to get your kids into their good schools. The only one of note the Catholics have picked up in the autumn transfer window is Tony Blair, not exactly a good catch, looking to offload his guilt onto another religion as his soul is eaten alive because of the terrible atrocities he committed and the war crimes he will one-day face

The Arch Bishops recent comments about Islam and Sharia Law were loaded to say the least and had my eye-brows turning up more than his big bushy ones-and that ain't easy. I took the comments to mean that he was surreptitiously saying there are one too many of them here right now and they are swamping our traditional religions and law's, and for a man in such a position to open up a new flank of attack on Islam like that, just as Islamophobia is dying down, was disgraceful.

But, of course, it is Islam that is eventually going to overtake them all as its members are growing at 15 times faster than any other religion in the new Europe. Rotterdam, the port city of Holland, is now 40% Muslim because of that fertile surge from east to west. The Channel Tunnel, of course, has symbolically 'uncorked' Europe to the United Kingdom for Islam, the numbers growing exponentially in our big cities. We are told we need Muslim mulitculturism because of its benefits, but we are not told what those benefits are, other than glib comments about Asian food and a minicab and newsagent when you want one. If you look through the history of Islam it hasn't exactly produced many great scientists, inventors, writers or thinkers, the all consuming Koran suffocating any freedom of expression in Muslim lands, a religion that clearly can't function if people do decide to think for themselves. Religions were invented to keep control of unsophisticated people two millennia ago, not for the internet and media age of today.

.Sharia Law...

A loose form of Sharia law has been going on here for years, as something similar has in Jewish communities, and the fact 95% of those cases in these courts are relationship related, suggests arranged marriage is probably a bad idea in the west and so maybe that message is finally getting through to the Imams. Any communication channel that does do that in Islam and helps protect women has to be good. I detest any violence against women and children and this arrogant religion that was clearly set up for the benefit of men all those centuries ago has along way to go before it matures for western consumption. If ever the ld saying that 'Man created God' applied to a religion then its Islam.

The partition of India as an intriguing example of how religion can hold back one country and power another. India has become secular and confident with its Muslims since 1947 where as Pakistan has gone the other way. There are more Muslims in India than in Pakistan, yet this week's elections announced that 68% of Pakistan is still illiterate, the voting papers having to use symbols for each political party, the party of the Bhutto crowd having an rather unfortunate 'arrow 'symbol on their slip. The words hanging chad have a new meaning in this neck of the woods, and because Pakistan fall into the 'good Muslim dictatorship' category with the west our police were dispatched to Pakistan and told to say that Mrs Bhutto died from 'hitting her head on the sunroof' in the recent assignation and not from the two bullets holes in her neck that the doctor who treated her spotted.

Muslims and marriage...

From that Muslim cultural need to get married as a badge of status and community respect we have seen an increase in honor killings in the U.K as that immigrant population grows apart, one lot wanting what we have got, the other lot happy with how it has always been. The authorities, in fear of being called racists, are too scared to act to protect these girls and by the time the police get involved the women are in casualty or being fished out of the water. Officially it's around 12 people a year that are classed as honor killings but unofficially its double that, and like the extremist who plot terror atrocities, enough of the community feels the need to protect these honor killers and abusers.

In some extreme cases families withdraw their children form school and universities as they fear men won't want to marry them if they are educated. There really is no answer to that in modern western society. These young women are called 'freshies', 'uncontaminated by ideas of independence, effectively baby machines, almost certain to be chained to the benefit system of under the husbands financial thumb. Asian families are twice as large as white British families as they keep going until they have a boy, which will produce bigger dowries for the father of the family as the endless and controlled wedding cycle continues. The Muslim men tend not to be unsympathetic to the women's plight who flea abusive families and their intricate network of taxi firms across the country often locate these poor girls and return them to their private hells. There's an uncomfortable domestic repression about this culture and it needs to be tackled under our rules now.

From these Muslim arranged marriages in Europe we have an even bigger problem. 53% of Pakistani Muslims in the U.K end up marrying their cousin. When I first read that I thought it was racist propaganda, but a quick goggle and its confirmed. Imagine having to marry your cousin! Not only does this produce unhappy marriages to keep the Sharia law courts busy it produces high levels of genetic disease in the kids. If two peoples genes are closely related the gene will mutate and cause huge problems. One in three of all cases of genetic illness in children in this country are in Muslim children. In fact it's so acute in Bradford that the hospital is the centre of excellence in the U.K for treating these conditions, rather ironically, doctors from Pakistan and Indian coming over here to specifically train in how to treat the conditions. Bradford's infant mortality rate is twice the national average and there cot death rates some five times higher. With very high rates of diabetes and heart disease its pretty grim stuff. More alarmingly 1-in 5 Asian children suffer hearing problems compared to 1-1000 in other ethnic minorities. In Birmingham one in ten babies born to first cousins died in childhood or suffered a serious genetic disorder. Which ever way you cut it it's the religion and culture of Islam that is causing these problems...

But, again, this dooyoo suggestion category is about Islam in Europe, a religious movement that has been here for 1400 years or more (some say unchanged), the curved arches of Spain and Portugal's oldest buildings and places of worship in Southern France testament to. Unfortunately the medieval Crusade came along (the Christians) and hacked them back to the Middle East with their broadswords. If you watched the excellent Kingdom of Heaven the other day you would have got a good background in the wars between the Crusade and Islam over Europe and beyond. If dooyoo was around 1000 years ago (and 18 months back it felt like that at times) then the title of this would be about 'Christians in Europe'.

Not all Muslims are terrorists but...

It's been said a thousand times before that "911" really did change the world; I, like most of you, had no real awareness of Muslims until that day. But the US government did and that particular religions sandal ad Burkha just so happened to be on top of 69% of the world's oil and that would be the percentage of oil America would be using by 2025 at current greed and growth rates of their vulgar economy. The fact that China and India had a similar percentage in mind by 2025 meant bye-bye the Middle East. The west big players collectively needed to demonize Islam to get that oil through mass invasion and now was the time. Trust me; Bush would get on his knees and fellate Bin Laden if it had oil in it! Hoards of innocent Muslims were locked up in the West for reading dodgy literature and the community quite rightfully turned against us. We have endless trials of Muslim men who have been bugged by the intelligence services for planning attacks that never seem to get anywhere, fellow accuses suspiciously let off, presumably undercover MI5 guys talking the hot heads into thinking about these stupid plans knowing a hidden microphone near-bye and new laws will do the rest. Then we have the misguided but stupid young guys decided to fight the Infidel in Muslim lands abroad (which, lets face it, is what our onward Christen soldiers are also doing right now) and here we are today, Bradford ascents picked up by the RAF in Taliban held parts of Afghanistan planning to fight white kids from the same British city in the middle of nowhere. I'm fine with them fighting British soldiers on a level playing field over an issue I think they have a case for out there as long as they don't plan to return to Bradford to sign back on. Treason is Treason guys and it's still a hangable offence here-although we tend not to dangle our sinners from the lampposts in Great Britain anymore.

If there are people in my country using that idle time to send funds and weaponry abroad to fight Jihad then its there business. The authorities will deal with you. We are in their lands and we are in the wrong. But just don't bring it to my streets when you are pulling benefits guys. The Muslim extremist sent down for plotting to kill the British Muslim soldier in Birmingham was pulling in twenty grand of benefits a year to preach his hate. I have said it before, you cut off these peoples benefits and the terror cells will leave the country. We have had one bomb in London in response to 7/7 and that's it, an eye-for-an-eye, game over. Let's try and move on here.

Of the Muslims that do come to stay in Europe-16 million at the last count in the European Union alone-and have no extremist views ( the vast majority, in my opinion, the main point they are here) I have no problem with. Yes the religion is anachronistic, and like the Catholics prefer to have babies to increase numbers in the religion over actual conversions by debate and logic. But it always will be about the numbers in this game. When you're a baby you do what you are told, even if a toothy man in a smock tries to drown you in a font, your soft little head bobbing against that Scotch.

With Turkey being pulled into the European Union by the Brits and America, so to open a new front to get closer to the oilfields with our tanks and aircraft, the not so secular Egypt is an example of how Christianity is treated in the little pockets in the Middle East where Islam affords a rare accidental vacuum like Turkey claims to do. In Cairo, Egyptian Christians have been elbowed into the Zabbaleen ghetto-the name of an ancient Coptic sect-where they quite literally make their meager living from rubbish, sorting the cities abundance of trash in their backyards and streets, the ghetto literally a rubbish dump. It's quite a shocking thing to see, although the Egyptian government would rather you didn't. The majority of the people stay there as it's the only place they can really practice their religion in the country.

Islam and crime....

With very high levels of crime and unemployment in Muslim communities in Europe, France particularly bad, the religion has got along way to go before it's respected in the west, even though the western underclass is hardly a great role-model. Prime Minister Brown's statements that he is to finally clamp down on immigration from outside the European Union, although welcome, is really about targeting that high unemployment rate in Britain's 1.6m Muslims in the U.K. Half of all Muslims of working age in Britain don't. It's as simple as that. This statistic can not be ignored. Praying five times a day isnt always conjusive to work.

The governments own website states:

Conclusions

Anyone who is religious is often not making rational decisions through different levels of brainwashing anyway so it's not what they really think. Thinking is generally banned in religions and so you have to rationalize the negatives of their religions and walk above them. We are here to help them realize religion is fine to control the meek but it's not great to move a sophisticated society on.

If we could dilute the current form of Islam through western living like we did with Christianity over the years then maybe they would be accepted more. And when I mean dilute I mean making tax payers of them. Once you work 40 hours a week you tend not to be so angry and resentful of the world, work dulling all your emotions. But if my god wed a nine year old girl as one of his 9 wives then I would thing again about that religion. But as I can think and have no wives then it's not my problem.
