If I could choose to live in any country other than England, I would choose Italy. I have spent several holidays in various parts of this beautiful country and each time I visit, I'm captivated all over again. The first time I went to Italy was as a teenager, on a camping trip through Europe: France, Germany, Switzerland, and then into Italy. Now Switzerland is very pretty with all those snow capped mountain peaks and dinky little wooden chalets but the abiding memory I have of this particular holiday was entering Italy.
