Disadvantages: Not enough experience

Kevin Keegan doesn't have the necessary experience to manage England. He was only taken on to please everyone.. Well not many are pleased now.

He did well enough with Newcastle and Fulham.. but only by spending and spending.. and unfortunately for Keegan, he can't do that with England.

Keegan should've just stuck to the few games he was at first taken on for.

You can't fault him for the passion and courage.. but he just isn't ready for the international scene...

I think England need someone who has managed in England aswell as abroad. That has been prooved with the way things went with Venables.. Venables had foreign knowledge about the game..

Even though Keegan has played abroad, but that was AGES ago, things change.. if they didn't England would still be a top force on the international scene..

Somone at Lancaster Gate should be brave and get rid of Keegan if he fails against Germany and not leave it too late..

Keegan can manage England some other time.. when he has more experience..
