Leicester City surprised many people last season by taking the second automatic promotion spot behind runaway leaders Portsmouth in the first division. Yesterday with the charimans announcement that the club had no money for new signings, for me sums up the entire culture at Leicester City FC. Surely the fact that Leicester have just sold there record signing for £2.5 million, half what they paid for him, and also the fact that they are bottom of the league by 5 point margin, should mean new signings are vital.
