Advantages: Great holidays!

Disadvantages: Too much stress, bad knee!

1) What did you do in 2008 that you have not done before?
Went surfing in Australia.

2) Did anyone close to you give birth?
My cousin had a baby, Jamie. He's 7 months old now & is absolutely adorable.

3) Did anyone close to you die?
One of my oldest friends. R.I.P Robyn we all miss you babe.

4) What Countries did you visit?
I spent a month in Perth, Australia with my cousin. Was the best holiday I've ever had & am going back this year.

5) What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008?
Everyone's probably said this one as it's obviously the most conventional answer but id love some more money!

6) What dates will you remember from 2008?
July 31st... me & my boyfriend's one year anniversary. August 4th... my birthday, spent it in Ibiza with all my mates. June 5th... the day my beautiful baby cousin was born.

7) Did you suffer illness or injury?
I tore my calf muscle in the gym & was off work for 5 weeks. It was incredibly painful & not something I plan on doing again!

8) What was the best thing you bought?
My mobile phone & my laptop, couldn't live without them!

9) Whose behaviour has merited celebration?
This is probably going to be a really unpopular answer but I admire Britney Spears for getting her life back on track.

10) Who's behaviour made you appalled and depressed?
Amy Winehouse, the girls a complete state!!!

11) Where did most of your money go?
Nights out with the girls, my boyfriend, shopping & Christmas

12) What did you get really excited about?
Going to Australia, I had been waiting for 6 months & was flowing over with excitement when I got on the plane. Will be equally excited about going this year too!

13) What song will you remember from 2008?
Flo Rida - Low & Rihanna - Disturbia... these songs were in all the clubs all the time & they still play them!

14) Compared to this time last year are you ..happier, fitter, more productive?
Probably fitter as my calf muscle & my knee kept me out of training for about 6 months overall so I'm happy to be back to my previous best! I'm happier as me & my boyfriend have had our 1 year anniversary & are happier than ever. I love you babe x

15) What do you wish you had done more of?
I wish I had spent more time with my baby cousin before he moved away to Aussie.

16) What do you wish you had done less of?
Drinking, I love my vodka & red bulls but I should really cut down!

17) What was your favourite TV programme?
I've always been completely addicted to America's Next Top Model & I loved the TV series Mistresses, it's like an English Sex And The City.

18) Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate last year?
If I do I can't think of who is it so they can't be all that important!

19) What's been the best book of 2008?
I only read one book so I'm going to have to say the Alan Carr book, I adore him!

20) What was your greatest musical discovery?
Lady GaGa... after hearing her single 'Just Dance' I downloaded the album & it's absolutely amazing.

21) What did you want to get in 2008?
I wanted a new car & to my amazement I got one... thanks dad!

22) What did you want & didn't get?
I really wanted the iphone 3G but settled for a Samsung Tocco instead, extremely pleased with it though.

23) What is your favourite film of the year?
Without doubt it was Sex And The City, I loved it & have seen it at least 5 times since buying it on DVD & still not bored of it. Another would be Saw 5, although it isn't as good as the previous 4 I still loved it.

24) What did you do on your birthday and how old were you?
I was in Ibiza with 5 friends & I was 19.

25) What political issue stirred you the most?
I'm not really into politics but I remember the Obahma & Mcain thing constantly being on the news!

26) Who was the best person you met?
I met Mel C from the Spice Girls when she came into my work, she was really lovely & I even had a picture taken with her. She was my idol growing up!

27) Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2008?
Umm... life is what you make it?!
