This year just flew by totally! I'm going to talk about some of the events that happened in my life this year starting from January! It weird to think that just a year ago I has been with my boyfriend for only about 3 months! I was also still in college studying childcare, and was struggling as I recall since the teachers were being so offhand they were never around to talk to. In a way I miss that lifestyle, it was so easy just to wake up at any time of the day and go into college because the teachers didn't seem to care if you were there or not.

I then had my first valentines day with a guy ever! woo lol. I remember him cooking steak for me as I covered his room with candles and sprinkled heart shaped glitter around his room, still have a picture of this somewhere! The months went pretty fast drawing up to my birthday which is may the 9th and I turned 18! I got some pretty cool presents including a Nintendo Wii and a wii fit! No need to say I blew my birthday money buying accessories and new games for my wii! I only had a family do this birthday which was fun.

This was also the time when my college course was coming to an end, and I ended up with MPP (merit pass pass) which I didn't think was too bad considering the lack of work at the end. I was also 1 of 3 who actually finished on the intended day. For about a week I enjoyed spending time at the beach with my friends and going on the pier.

Another week later and I got a job at a small sandwich factory...I know I know but I had to make some money and it was an easy in as my bf's mum worked there. Most of the people were old and horrible! But I found refuge in a few youngster's and 1 in particular. Our 'famous' Weston pier then burnt down in the month of July whilst working here which left our seafront looking bare.

After not standing the sandwich place any more I went to work in Thornton's with my auntie which only lasted bout a month as I was unable to work there as my auntie did! So I started working full time at BHS where I have had a weekend job since 2007 in august. In this year I made such good friends with the weekend staff here as we are all around the same age! love em to bits! Of course all is going well with my boyfriend and on our year anniversary he pops the question!!! With me begin so totally shocked I don't answer for a while..just thinking he's joking! But don't worry I didn't leave it this way long and quickly answered yes! So now I have a bit more bling from this year :P

The months up to Christmas are always my favourite and I spent the time over shopping and wrapping presents! Apart from the fact that I lost my dad now 7 years ago on the 27th Dec we try not to let this spoil our family Christmas time!

*I can't believe I forgot to mention animals!!! My boyfriend had a lovely St Bernard named molly, which sadly had to be put down near my birthday :( But about am month later they rescued a year old St Bernard named Bonzo...who was totally crazy! But I'm used to him now. We also got a pet tortoise named Jim who I loved so much! sadly when they moved house his house broke so had to be in a box on the floor, and when we were all out one evening sadly the crazy dog got to him biting him badly and sadly killing him. My boyfriend was so upset that I bought him another about 2 weeks later! set me back £100 pound! So we now have one called Beanz who I'm happy to say is all well and healthy!

All in all a great year...thanks for taking the time to read this!
