Are you serious? The only people really complaining about the pay gap are the inferior women who dont have the ability to get ahead the rest of us, by earning it. Now of course there are other ways women can get ahead and believe me those women typically make more than their male counterparts.
The biggest easiest target here are the plain statistics themselves. Women leave the workforce much more frequently than do men. They leave for a variety of reasons, babies, marriage, general disillusionment with how easy they thought it was going to be. Alot of resources are spent in training people to perform different job functions and men are typically your better investment.
In the states I have to pay additional taxes because I am single without children so a single mother with 3 kids can work half a day and get equal pay and pay half the taxes than me. Where is the equality here. If the tax base is to pay for your fair share of the common resources used. Why do I pay more for using less than a family of 4 pays for obviously using more?
There are several industries where women make more than men anyway, modelling, adult films, etc. Many years ago when I was a young dumb kid looking for fame and fortune I found myself in the city of angels. I was sleeping in my 1975 ford ltd with an iron maiden sticker and a black flag sticker on the rear. I met some fairly sleezy girls at the local punk bar. I was playing with a band at the time. "the sex mutants" you may have heard of us. Anyway, these girls thought I was cute and asked me if I would like to make some extra cash having sex with them. Being only 18 I thought I was dreaming. "Hell yes" I said and we were off to the studio.
Well let me tell you about equal pay. I was treated like a piece of meat. I was ordered to get hard or leave. They had this little gay guy who would help you out, but that wasnt my thing. It makes you wonder about all the other male porn st

They look of boredom in their eyes I will never forget and keep in mind they picked me out thinking they might actually enjoy sex with me.
Years later I was bar tending back on the east coast. Now I was doing the same job as this large breasted female bartender who worked with me. But guess who got the better tips. Shocker, the big tittied blond who always had them hanging out. Now we would usually split the tips at the end of the night but whenever she got a tip bigger than $20 she just pocketed it. How do you think I felt leaving the bar each night with about $200 and she leaving with about $500 and we both worked the same job and worked our asses off. So pardon me if I dont seem sensitive to this subject. My personaly experience has taught me otherwise. Not once did I ever hear any of these women complain that it was unfair that they were making more than me. Nature always has a way of balancing things out in the end. Men make more for what they do best, hard work, solving problems, organising things, inventing, etc. and women make more for what they do best, looking hot, acting slutty, and selling themselves by the pound.
