Disadvantages: Pathetic sexism.

Once upon a time Dominant Ideology was rife, Women were in the kitchen and looking after the baby, men were at work bringing home the bacon. The worlds past and the media world have helped develop these impressions. And when the ammount of working Women doing work that was previously seen as mans work the wrold began to change and slowly but surly Dominant Ideology is going away.

So why then do Men get more, I am a man if a Women is better than me then by all means let her get paid more if less then what is going on? I hate stereotypes when Teachers go on to me about Women being of higher intellegance I laugh, I am much more clever than some girls, along with many other boys. Just because the higher percentage of Girls are brainier we all presume boys are thick.

We must not split the world in two we are one group not a group split into sepreate genders. We are individual we need not follow the trends of our classmates and the changing of Dominant Ideology is slowly removing Pear Pressure. But unless the world wants to divide the girls and boys up then by all means stick the Women int he kichen and the man at work and for those Women who do work give them less to encourage them not to.

Although this is supposed to be about differences in pay i find the entire concept ridiculas. I would love to stay at home, clean the house, cook the dinner and watch TV (play Computer Games). But no thats not the way life should be so we get split up. I despise this stereotype because of ehr gender lets give her less money. Not right if she is as good as the men pay her more if she is better than the men which is highly likley then pay her more.

Stop the war.
