I would like to endorse what Bizzyb said about Mallory Park for Superbikes. Britain has some cracking tracks and this is 1 of them. Mallory Park also has an 'oval' - well its round but not like those in use in the States. On this track race the Eurocars and the Legends. These series are aimed at the Club racer who is more interested in close racing than building a career in the sport and rising to say F1. The oval gives very close racing and as its only 1 mile in distance - the cars come around very quickly. I've never seen them live - but would seriously consider a trip to Mallory Park. ... Mallory Park is situated in central England, 8 miles west of Leicester, 4 miles north of Hinckley and these are possibly the best places to stay if you need an overnight stop. The approach to the circuit through the village of Kirkby Mallory takes you through residential estates, on your first visit you follow the signs and think 'this can't possibly be right' and then the entrance appears! Mallory Park is bit like racing in someone's eccentric idea of a back garden. It is a very small and compact circuit with a unique atmosphere.
