The material has already started to pull quite badly, the shirt fits more like a Kappa shirt than a normal Nike kit, the "Vodafone" logo looks like it could peel off at any moment and the design is just ludicrous. The circled "90" on the size label is simply annoying. For the first time while ... more

... selling Man U merchandise on ebay I actually had to lie about how nice a shirt this is! This apply's to all new Nike kits, they're horrible and I "feel" (seriously ;)) for gooner fans who have to put up with 2 new Total 90 designs. Pleas...more

Premium Review Manchester United F.C. Kit / Uniform: Pretty dissapointing (04-06 home kit) (245 words)

The new home kit from Nike (the second) is a very poor effort from the US giants. The new shirt was always going to be hard to beat the 02-04 design but this comes nowhere near close, for many reasons. The last home kit was near enough perfect, durable, stylish, the colours were well worked, comfortable and a great fit. This is the complete oppostie. The material has already started to pull quite badly, the shirt fits more like a Kappa shirt than a normal Nike kit, the "Vodafone" logo looks like it could peel off at any moment and the design is just ludicrous. Having supported the “Red Devils” since I was a wee lad, I thought it was about time I joined the bandwagon: so I got myself a nice red footy top. Please allow me to tell you about my most recent purchase: ++ Shoulder Lines ++ Whether all the Mau Utd players are weeds within, or the marketing guys at MUFC think we are all skinny, I am not sure. However the shoulder lines seem to stretch quite away on to the top of the arm. This creates a bulkier appearance, which can only be good. However if your really are a weed, you could end up looking a bit silly. So be warned. ++ Vapatech ++ The designers once created a technology ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Manchester United F.C. Kit / Uniform: Reversable away strip........ (259 words)

Manchester United seem to change their kits very often; do that really change that much when they are replaced? The football kit franchise is all about making more and more money, clubs change their away kit colours and replace the sponsor and they can sell them for a whole new kit. What’s more loyal fans, and there are a large amount for football clubs will want the most up to date football shirt. Man. Utd make the most of this ‘Scam’ and have released a new football kit for the 2001 to 2002 season. The original home colours have obviously stayed the same; Red but they have replaced the away colours. They are now a sort of gold, brown ...  Read the complete review

I am very surprised not to see more comments on the United kit. The usually jokes and jests that uniteds kit is so costly, or they change their kits as often as the weather, do wear a bit thin after a while. here is the long and the short of it. I am Man Utd fan and have been since I was 4 year old ( 18 Years ago now..)I have had a Man Utd shirt every year since I was 10 year old. Why is it that every person that isn't a united fan has a good moan at how often they change their kits or the price of the latest shirt. Its simple if you think it is too expensive, or there is no point in buying it cos they are gonna change it next season, here's a ...  Read the complete review

Yes the Manchester United kit. Is it really worth buying? The answer is a resounding yes if you are an avid Man United supporter, but personaly I think it is just another big cash in. Most clubs do it, but it seems Man United vhange their strip the most often and nearly always introduce a 3rd kit for some money grabbing reason. Basically this latest one has Vodafone as the sponsor and is supposed to be really 'technological'. But when you have to pay £40 for a Red t shirt? No thank you! i mean, you'd think they had enough cash buy now - and would actually treat their fans a little better; they could make the cost £30? ...  Read the complete review
