Advantages: a scapegoat to blame England's failures on Disadvantages: There's no swimming pools in england for him to sit in all day
Quite why Kegan would pick Real Madrid's swimming pool warmer in the England national side is beyond most people. Although he has no doubt kept himself fit walking to the club office every week to pick up his pay cheque, Kegan simple cannot pick a palyer who gets so little macth practice. It is quite noble of Macca to decide to stay In Spain on £60,000 a week gettign a suntan, rather than move to wonderful Teeside on a reduced wage packet, it is doing his England chances no good at all. Of course having no talent has never been a barrier to selection under Kegan. However, having no talent and not playing very often must be too much. To be honest Macca doesn't really have much competition on the wing, now that his closest rival to the shirt, Stanly Matthews is dead.. However, palying either Gareth Barry or Phil Neville has got to be better than playing the lazy permed twat. Summary: |
