Hi i thought it was about time i shared my favorite wrestler of all time with you now i know I have marked out totally to this dude but I do not care - Foley F'N rocks

Well on with the short op this week(sorry will be longer next time)

If you ask your regular wrestling freak who in their opinion the best wrestler of all time is they will come back the same answer every time with names such as The Rock, HHH Stone Cold, Undertaker, Booker T, and do not forget the man that can't RVD( or as i refer to him RVZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ) but not me now maybe it is because I like being different from other people or maybe I am just plain weird but my favorite wrestler of all time is not any of those athletes that I mentioned, no my personal favorite wrestler is not even wrestling anymore and he certainly is no athlete(and he will say that himself) but I still think he "rocks" who am I talking about? well I am talking about none other than the hard core legend himself Mick Foley.

Thats right The best wrestler in my opinion is"Mrs Foley's baby boy" and here is why.

He is the best performer to ever lay his life on the line for our pleasure.
firstly Mick is one of the best people when you stick a mike in his hand, I have yet to hear anyone come close to him, Austin and The Rock come 2nd on the mike but it is nowhere near Mick, he knows how to carry a story with enough humor and does not over do the acting like some story lines I have seen he is the funniest bloke on TV I still laugh when I think of the famous "chair" promo he did in ECW and the Cactus Christmas promo I think that one of the best promos's he did was when he did a this is your life segment with The Rock which was a record breaking segment and I believe it was because of Mick Foley I can not see it getting that sort of response if it was The Rock and Booker T.

The disturbing thing about this I that I sometimes ask people what they
think of Mick and the first and only thing they say is "isn't he the guy who fell off the cage" and no i do not correct them to the fact that he was thrown and it was a cell because that was not important what is important is that this man gave his life to us wrestling freaks and how do we repay him? by you lot cheering for The Rock and Austin but what about Mick? he was thrown from that damn cell and the son of a Gunn got up and climbed up the cell and was choke slammed through the cell and he still got up that is a tough son of a Gunn and he was still not liked as much as Austin or The Rock now why is that? I will tell you why because he does not drink beer in the ring like Austin, he does not make people look silly with phrases like the rock, he does not give the finger like Austin, and he does not have catchy phrases like them both and he can not do the stuff that RVZZZZZ can - that is basically why Mick Foley is not the best wrestler according to the majority of wrestling freaks and that is very sad.

Now if that was not a complete mark out I think this will send me over the edge I have noticed some things from previous PPV's which shows how popular Mick is.

WRESTLEMANIA 14: Mick teamed up with Terry Funk and the fans cheered for them throughout the match including the moment when they were announced as the new tag team champs.

WRESTLEMANIA 15:Mick went at it against the Big Show and the fans again were behind him then in the main event Vince was kicked from ringside by HBK and then Vince decided to ref the match Mick came out in a ref shirt and beat up Vince and refereed the match - to a big pop

WRESTLEMANIA 17: Mick was the man to ref the street fight between Vince and Shane(Vince had fired Mick as Commish by beating the hell out of him a few months earlier) Vince went to hit Linda(who was under heavy sedation but Mick cut him off then Vince blasted Mick with a chair and sat Linda on a chair in the corner
of the ring Vince was about to blast Shane with a chair when the crowd went nut's - Vince turned round to see Linda on her feet(she was not under sedation only pretending to fool Vince) she nailed him with a kick south he then turned round only to be confronted with a mad as hell Mick Foley who then proceeded to beat the living hell out of Vince to a huge ovation

Now that is just a few that I have that have Mick in them and as you can see Mick was great in all of them and in those PPV's that I used as examples - Mick gets a massive pop every time.

It is a shame that many people only remember Mick for his fall from the cell as there was a hell of a lot more to him than that he was a great wrestler not just as Mick Foley but as all the other names he wrestled as he was in short the best wrestler that will ever grace sports entertainment and do not forget he is a best selling author(unlike the others who had them written for them) and kind and funny human being. yes you can keep your Rock's and Stone Colds - Mick Foley is the wrestler for me every single time.(Mark Out Complete)
