After reading some of these reviews in the past and cringing at some others experiences, I thought I would share one of mine with you too.

cringe cringe cringe...here goes!!!

I was 16 at the time, and exitedly preparing fo the evening ahead, it was to be my school's 6th form prom.

The whole of the 6th form had different jobs to do during the day, mine was to prepare the veg with three other students, so I spent all of the afternoon peeling potatoes and scraping carrots, as we were going to be having a three course meal consisting of melon, roast chicken, and gateaux.

Once I had finished my jobs it was time to go home and prepare fo the evening, my friend was staying over so we both helped each other with our make up and things.

Once it was 6.30 it was time to leave as the prom started at 7, I wore the bridesmaid dress I had for my sisters wedding and felt like a princess.

Once there we all chatted for a while and then seated ourselves for the evening meal. There were six people to a table. It was then I commented to my friend that I was really hungry as I hadn't eaten all day, what with preparing the food and doing all my jobs.

Whilst eating the meal we had 2 bottles of wine placed on the table one red and one white, so I had the white as I find it lighter. I think you may know what is coming!!!

As I started eating my starter of melon and chatting with my friend one of the lads on the table filled all our glasses up which I hadn't really took much notice of I just kept having a few good slurps every now and again. I then started eating my main course of chicken and roast veg, and again my glass was topped up, this time I noticed as it was a red wine instead. I asked him if I could have white instead as I did not want to mix them, but he replied that all the white had gone! So I had a glass of red but took it slowly.

Once I had finished the red wine it was then that I started feeling a little unwell. My friend asked me if I was ok and I replied I needed to go to the toilet, so my friend came with me.

I started giggling while I was walking down the corridoor, and a teacher had seen me and followed me to the toilet, asking me if I was ok, and again I laughed at her. At this time I think she knew I was a little tipsy. Then to my shame I was sick all over her dress.

Surprisingly enough she rang my mother to pick me up and I was gutted as I was so looking forward to my prom.

As I got into the car my head was spinning and I was sick again and once home just went straight to bed I had a bucket by my bed but I didn't need it as I slept like a log.

The next morning my mother told she hadn't realised I had been sick in the porch and the milkman had left the milk right beside it. He must of stepped over it!!! I was horrified. I got a huge telling off from my mother.

The following week at school I had to appologise to everyone, my poor old friend had to get a lift with another girl as her parents could not pick her up, and as for the teacher...well saying sorry to her was mortifying, I had ruined her dress.

Once all the appologies were out of the way I vowed to myself I would never do anything like that ever again....I think I learned a very embarrasing lesson!!! :o(

cringe over with...thank god

Thanks for reading.

Summary: Sorry Mrs Hall if you ever read this!!!
