Since I was little I have always loved snickers bars. Then just over nine years ago I started getting gradual symptoms of something strange happening, every time I would eat a snickers bar at work I would start having a coughing fit, and had a really dry throat and a rash around my mouth and eyes, I just put this down to my asthma. A few weeks later when I was at work and again I had a snickers bar, but this time the symptoms were worse to the extent I had difficult breathing, my lips swelled up, and my eyes were puffy. INTRODUCTION I'd first of all like to jump back to 1998 and the day in May when my first child was born, a lovely little 5lb bundle of joy....my son K. K was a tiny little thing, all skinny and crying, he suffered from colic a lot and so cried quite a bit.....I made the decision not to breastfeed him mainly because I was embarrassed by it (I could kick myself now though) When K was 6 weeks old he was diagnosed with eczema, an angry red rash appeared more or less all over his body, his beautiful little face was covered too.....
