Before I start, I am a Leeds fan and so dislike almost everything to do with Man Utd. However, I don't think that I am biased when I say that Phil Neville is possibly the worst player ever to wear an England shirt (and I haven't forgotten about Geoff Thomas). He was in the squad becaue he "can play on the left hand side". No, he can't! I am sure he is a nice enough person (despite playing for Man Utd) but he is not good enough to play in the Premier league and he certainly isn't good enough to play for England. I hope people don't blame him for England going out of the Euro championships because it's not his fault he was picked to play for England. Who in their right mind would turn down the chance to represent their country in a major tournament. He is just not very good at footbal and even managed to make the rest of the England team look like they knew what they were doing. I am sorry, but he is awful, but I do hope that people don't blame him for conceding the penalty that sent us out and, as a Leeds fan, I hope he continues to play as well as this for Man Utd.
